• Mediated and facilitated negotiations and joint programs involving  McDonnell Douglas, Nestle-Hills Brothers, Amana, Lennox Industries, General Motors, City of Columbus, and State of Ohio, Cities of Cincinnati  and Hamilton, County of Clermont (Ohio) and many others.
• Mediated negotiations and joint programs involving a wide array of unions, including, AFSCME, IBEW, UFCW, USWA, IBT, UAW, NEA, IUOE, IBFO, SEIU, Building Trades, and AFT.
• Arbitration Training:  Completed the course, Becoming A Labor Arbitrator, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service.  Completed formal FMCS/NAA Apprenticeship Program with NAA Arbitrator John Trelaand NAA Arbitrator Melissa H. Biren and NAA Arbitrator Thomas Nowel.  Also mentored by NAA Arbitrators Jay Siegel and Dick Adelman.   Attended numerous other arbitrator training sessions, both in-person and online, from the National Academy of Arbitrators, Federal Mediation and Conciliation, LERA, Bar Associations, and other arbitration-related organizations.
