  • Facilitated negotiations and joint programs involving a wide array of unions, including, AFSCME, IBEW, UFCW, USWA, IBT, UAW, NEA, IUOE, IBFO, SEIU, Building Trades, and AFT
  • Three years as an arbitrator in training working closely with four National Academy of Arbitration (NAA) members, writing three mock arbitration decisions 
  • Graduate of "Becoming a Labor Arbitrator" course by the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS)
  • Member of two NAA New Arbitrator Salons, meeting regularly to discuss all matters arbitration.  Attended two NAA national meetings
  • Attended numerous arbitrator continuing education training sessions hosted by FMCS and NAA
