I am a life-long labor relations profession who believes the collective bargaining process and in the rights of unions and management negotiated and incorporated into the collective bargaining agreement.  There are times when this process requires a neutral third party.  I bring more than 35 years collective bargaining experience, including 18 years as a busy working neutral, to assist unions and management  in resolving disputes and working effectively together.  Services include  effective mediation, arbitration, and joint activities like labor-management committees and interest-based bargaining and problem-solving.  Please contact me if you think I might be of assistance.  I would love to talk with you!
